Hollywood Hillside- Mullholland Drive
We designed a new hillside home in 2005 that finished construction in 2012. It went thru the DRB and a it found a few challenges along the way. The house had a steep site with a great view. In this project, the roof was the main facade. The roof design was intended to be a green roof that could grow vegetation. After studying the live load and desirable features, it became an exposed patio. We shall be uploading new BLOG items weekly to keep the website up to date.
