While at FER , we made a 3D design proposal that captures the reuse potential of this 1902 Brick Structure. The Entire Shell was to remain with the floors, roof, interior, spaces, and common areas being developed for a mixed use design. The final architecture design was completed by Doug Pearson. These images are from 2006. It shows the old merging with the new.
